定期的なお打合せに加え、メール等によるご相談対応を含む継続支援です。
•市場調査・簡易リサーチ

キャンセルポリシー
ご予約確定後のキャンセルにつきましては、以下の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。
•ご予約日の 3営業日前まで：無料
•ご予約日の 2営業日前〜前日：料金の 50%
•ご予約日 当日：料金の 100%
なお、事前準備を伴う案件、調査業務、翻訳業務、出張を含む案件につきましては、着手後のキャンセルは、進行状況に応じて実費および作業相当分をご請求させていただく場合がございます。
日程変更につきましては、可能な限り柔軟に対応いたしますので、できるだけお早めにご連絡ください。

私どもは、単なる作業代行ではなく、ベトナム現地事情への理解、言語対応力、交渉・調整経験を含む総合的な支援をご提供しております。
そのため、案件によっては一般的な翻訳・通訳料金とは異なるお見積りとなる場合がございます。

Fees
Our fees are determined on a case‑by‑case basis, taking into account the nature of the assignment, the sector involved and the amount of work required.
The following is an indication of standard fee levels for typical types of engagement. Actual fees may vary depending on factors such as the level of specialization required, urgency, the extent of advance preparation and the scope of deliverables.

•Initial online consultation (30 minutes)

•Spot consultation / advisory session (60 minutes)

Individual support on topics requiring a high level of expertise, such as management decisions related to Vietnam, consideration of entry into the market, research design and negotiation strategy.
•Ongoing advisory services
From JPY 110,000 per month (incl. tax)
Continuous support including regular meetings and follow‑up via email and other channels.
•Market research / basic desk research
From JPY 110,000 (incl. tax)
Fees are quoted individually according to the research target, research items and desired format of deliverables.
•identification of local companies / potential partners
From JPY 165,000 (incl. tax)
Fees vary depending on the number of candidate companies, the depth of information required and whether meeting arrangements are included.
•Interpreting for business meetings / online conferences
Half‑day: from JPY 55,000 (incl. tax)
Full day: from JPY 88,000 (incl. tax)
Fees are adjusted in light of the field of specialization, the availability of prior materials and the total duration required.
•Translation services
From JPY 16,500 (incl. tax) per A4 page (approx.)
We provide translation of contracts, proposals, company profiles, research documents and other materials, with fees quoted individually according to content and complexity.
Fees are determined based on the number of organizations to be visited, the extent of advance preparation and the scope of on‑site support.
Cancellation policy
For cancellations after a booking has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will apply:
•Up to three business days before the scheduled date: no charge
•Two business days to one day before the scheduled date: 50% of the fee
•On the scheduled day: 100% of the fee
For assignments that require substantial advance preparation, such as research projects, translation work or engagements involving travel, cancellations after work has commenced may be subject to charges reflecting actual expenses incurred and the portion of work already completed.
We will make every effort to accommodate changes of schedule wherever possible, and would be grateful if you could contact us at your earliest convenience should an adjustment be necessary.

Our services are not limited to the execution of individual tasks; they are based on an integrated approach that combines a deep understanding of local conditions in Vietnam, advanced language capabilities and extensive experience in negotiation and coordination.
As a result, our quotations may differ from standard market rates for translation or interpreting alone.
We recommend beginning with an initial consultation to discuss your situation. Based on that discussion, we will work together with you to clarify the type of support required and propose an appropriate way forward.
